The Evolution of Dance. Can you say, Viral Marketing?

While Inspirational comedian Judson Laipply performs his signature dance moves to popular music his 5 min 59 sec video has become one of the most watched viral videos this year.
What is viral marketing? Basically it is word of mouth marketing or just simply, the passing of something of interest from friend to friend. Remember that old TV add for shampoo from back in the 1980’s that had the line about, “and she will tell two friends and they will tell two friends and so on, and so on?” Today with the Internet and email, this can happen at the speed of light.
If you have a product, service or item of information that is so interesting that others will share it without you even asking them to do that, you can attract a great deal of attention. That can be good. If that item is interesting enough it might even find its way onto the Today Show on NBC just like Judson Laipply did today with his Evolution of Dance number. Congratulations Judson and whoever your agent is! Way to go dude!
