Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will grant you full command over your email boxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect emails from one email account to another, create e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming email messages based on specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just select the e-mailbox you want to redirect email messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest.
